Challenge

ALC Real Estate competes in a brokerage market dominated by developer-branded sites that all look alike. Their real differentiator — MLS access tied to estate planning, tax, and financial advisory — was buried behind generic listings copy. Buyers couldn't tell ALC apart from any other broker; sellers didn't know ALC had a national network behind them. The brokerage needed a platform that pre-sold the relationship, not just the property.

Approach

We split the site into three buyer journeys — buying, selling, and advisory — and built each one to answer the questions that actually pre-qualify a client. Featured developments (Montefaro, Bellefort Estates, Ocean Hills) sit alongside the advisory content that explains why ALC's offer is different. The listings stack is engineered for MLS integration, the agent profiles double as credibility, and every page resolves to a consultation rather than a generic 'inquire now' form.

Outcome

ALC now leads with the advisory promise and follows with the listings, instead of the other way around. The site clarifies the brokerage's positioning to clients on the first scroll and gives agents a co-selling tool when working with serious buyers — including the cross-border ones their MLS access was built for.
