The work
We embed senior partners on-site for short, intense engagements — pricing redesigns, org restructures, go-to-market overhauls, franchise systems. We work alongside your leadership team, build the operating cadence, train the people who'll run it after we leave, and walk out when the metrics hold up on their own. Weeks 1–4
Operational and commercial teardown
Senior partners on the ground inside the business. We interview the leadership team, ride along on sales calls, walk the floor, and pull the numbers behind the dashboards. We deliver a diagnostic that names the two or three constraints actually capping growth — and the hypotheses for resolving each.

Weeks 5–6
Recommendations with the leadership team
We work the recommendations alongside your leadership, not at them. Pricing redesigns, org changes, GTM repositioning, franchise systems — we model the upside, the downside, the implementation cost, and the timing. We leave this phase with a signed scope, an executive sponsor, and a kickoff date.

1–2 quarters
Embed, operate, and build the cadence
We embed two to three days a week to install the new operating cadence. New pricing on a new sales motion. New management routines. New margin model in the P&L close. We train the people who will run it long after we leave. By the end of this phase, the business looks different on its own org chart.

Metrics hold under your team
We don't extend by default. We agree the success metrics in week six and walk out when they hold without us — typically two quarters in. If the metrics drift in the first 90 days after handoff, we come back for a course-correct sprint at our cost.
