A clinical, credential-first website revamp for an FDA-licensed contract manufacturer trusted since 1991.
Challenge
Ashford Pharmaceuticals Laboratory has manufactured medicine for other pharmaceutical brands since 1991 — FDA-licensed, cGMP, 100% Filipino — but the website didn't carry the rigour of the plant floor. Prospective partners evaluating a toll-manufacturing relationship couldn't quickly see what Ashford actually does, what credentials back it, or who already trusts them. A company built on three decades of manufacturing trust read, online, like a brochure that hadn't been updated in years.
Approach
We revamped the site around the questions a partner asks before they outsource production: what can you make, how is quality controlled, and who vouches for you. Capabilities are laid out plainly — toll manufacturing, product development, repacking, warehousing — alongside the FDA licence and cGMP standards in language a procurement lead can act on. The brand system is clinical without being cold: Ashford's water-drop-and-tree mark, a confident blue palette, the plant itself as proof, and the existing client roster surfaced as a wall of trust.
Outcome
Ashford now presents on the web the way it operates on the floor — a serious, credentialed manufacturing partner rather than a faded brochure. The capabilities, credentials, and client proof live in one place the business-development team can send before a capability discussion instead of explaining it from scratch every time.
