ECPay
The first web home for one of the Philippines' largest electronic payments networks.
Challenge
ECPay had quietly become one of the country's largest payment rails — bills, e-loads, remittance, e-wallet cash-in across tens of thousands of outlets — but most prospective merchants, billers, and partners couldn't tell the full story from outside. There was no digital storefront that explained who the network served, what integrations were on offer, and how to start a conversation. The brand was strong in industry but invisible on the open web.
Approach
We architected the site around three distinct conversations — biller, merchant, consumer — and gave each its own narrative arc, proof, and call to action. We wrote content alongside the compliance team so every claim about the network was defensible. We engineered a CMS that lets ECPay's marketing team publish without a deploy, and built the partner-onboarding funnel as a single instrumented flow so the BD team finally had attribution.
Outcome
ECPay launched the first proper digital storefront in its history. The platform now hosts the network's biller catalog, merchant onboarding, and corporate communications under one roof — and is the asset BD teams send before a pitch instead of after one.
“For years our story was something we had to explain in a meeting. Now it explains itself before the meeting starts.”
